Brian Hyde is a finance and strategy advisor with over 20 years of experience helping companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar firms. While working in banking, he saw that many companies would benefit from the skills and expertise developed at large financial firms, but had no access. He made the choice to focus his efforts on partnering with entrepreneurs and small businesses to manage and grow their companies.

Prior to providing CFO services and strategic advice to businesses, Brian worked at JPMorgan. He was most recently the head of the bank’s Capital Stress Testing team, where he was responsible for the Federal Reserve-mandated Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) and developing the firm’s capital plan. 

Brian held a number of financial and strategic roles at JPMorgan, including as a business CFO (revenue > $3 billion), executing mergers and acquisitions as a principal, managing front-office teams, managing transfer pricing, and allocating economic capital.

Brian served on the Board of Directors of Measurisk LLC. He received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS from Cornell University.
